How is all of this legal?

Everything in our store is derived from the hemp plant, rather than the Cannabis plant. Similar cannabinoids are found in both plants. Under the 2018 Farm Bill hemp derived products were legalized as long as they contain less than 0.3% THC (Δ9). Both hemp derived cannabinoids can be used for recreational and therapeutic use. How old do you have to be to purchase from us?

In the state of Wisconsin, anyone purchasing a THC product must be at least 21 years of age. For CBD products, individuals must be 18 years of age. These laws are similar to ones in several other states that share the same legal status that we do and also in states where recreational marijuana (Delta 9) is legal.
